Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains how the VPNEyes website and subscription service handle data. It applies when you browse the site, use an account, manage orders or submit a support ticket. Account and transaction data are used to provide the service and should not be confused with browsing activity over international routes.
Account Data and Its Uses
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. An email address is not required information. The username identifies the account, and the password is used for sign-in verification. Do not include personal information unrelated to the service in your username or support tickets.
Order records include the selected plan, amount, order status and payment-related information. They are used to activate subscriptions, verify payments, process refunds and resolve transaction disputes. Support ticket content helps us understand issues and respond to requests. When reporting connection problems, please hide passwords, subscription credentials and information from other accounts.
What the No-Logs Policy Covers
VPNEyes does not keep activity logs: it does not record which websites users visit through subscription routes, or retain browsing content, destinations or DNS query history. It does not keep connection logs that could be used to reconstruct an individual's browsing activity, including records linking source and destination addresses with connection times.
Plan usage and account status are information needed to provide the subscription. Traffic usage is used to calculate the remaining allowance; it is not stored as browsing history or used to build a list of visited websites. Order records and problem descriptions submitted by users are not route activity logs and are handled for their respective purposes.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Site analytics help us understand page views, referral sources and button usage so we can assess whether navigation and content are effective. Analytics are limited to the website itself and do not extend to other websites users visit through subscription routes. Passwords and subscription credentials should not be included.
Cookies and browser local storage may be used to maintain necessary sessions, save sign-in credentials and remember language preferences, reducing repeated steps. Sign-in credentials are used to verify panel requests; they are not subscription activity records. You can clear or restrict this storage in your browser settings. If you do, you may need to sign in again and your preferences may be reset. Clearing browser data does not also delete your server-side account or orders.
Payment Processing and Data Sharing
Alipay / WeChat / USDT are supported. Payment confirmation is handled by the relevant payment channel or processor. VPNEyes uses the order identifier, amount and payment result needed to verify completed transactions. Do not provide payment account passwords in support tickets.
Payment channels handle transaction information under their own policies, which are not replaced by this policy. Information shared with processors should be limited to what is needed to complete payment and verify orders. Where disclosure is required by law, information is handled in accordance with applicable requirements; users' route activity history is not provided as data.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service while the account is in use. Order and refund data is retained to fulfill transactions, handle disputes and meet applicable legal retention obligations. Support ticket and analytics data is deleted or de-identified after its purpose has been fulfilled. No single fixed retention period is assigned to all of these data. Route activity logs that are not collected are not scheduled for deletion later.
To access, correct or delete account data, sign in to the user panel and describe your request through the support ticket portal. Account ownership must be verified before processing. Deletion may affect sign-in, subscriptions and access to past orders. Transaction data that must be retained will have its use restricted, and we will explain why and to what extent it cannot be deleted at the same time.
Policy Updates and Questions
Policy changes will be published on this page, and the updated month at the top of the page will be revised. Significant changes to data uses or processing scope will be announced through the website or user panel. Where separate consent is required, updating this page does not replace that consent.
If you have questions about this policy or specific data handling, visit our contact us page to learn about support channels, or sign in to the panel and submit a ticket. Subscription terms are available in the Terms of Service.
