Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to VPNEyes cross-border network acceleration subscriptions. Before using the service, review its scope, billing, and refund rules. If you have questions, contact support through the user panel ticket system. These terms do not limit consumer rights provided by law.

Service Scope

VPNEyes provides international routes for cross-border access and subscription management, covering 90+ countries / 250+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Clients and subscription details are available through the user panel and are not distributed as public resources.

Coverage does not mean that every location's exit route will always connect, or that third-party websites will necessarily be accessible. Account eligibility, regional content, and usage policies for external platforms are determined by those platforms. Choose a route based on your local network and the target service's rules. Refer to the pricing page and order records for the specific plan details.

Account and Subscription Use

No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Keep your login credentials, subscription link, and client configuration secure. If credentials are exposed or used unusually, change your password promptly and submit a support ticket. When sharing screenshots of an issue, conceal subscription links and other sensitive information.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time. This means account holders may use the service on their own devices; it does not permit public account sharing or resale as a business. Without authorization, you may not rent or resell subscriptions, or share login credentials, subscription links, or access configurations with others. No device limit is not an unlimited guarantee of bandwidth, speed, or capacity on an individual route.

This service follows a no-logs policy. See the Privacy Policy for information about data handling. This policy does not relieve users of their responsibility to use the service lawfully and protect their accounts.

Billing and Refunds

Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB · ¥18/month includes 250GB · ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date; mid-cycle upgrades are prorated to the remaining days. Data packages: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. Data is valid until used and never expires. Payment methods: Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.

You may request a full, no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of your first payment. To apply, sign in to the account used for payment and submit a ticket with your refund request and relevant order details so the payment can be verified. You do not need to provide a reason for being dissatisfied with the service.

Refund progress and any information required by the payment provider will be communicated through the ticket system. A uniform processing or settlement time is not guaranteed. Once a refund is completed, the service benefits associated with that order end. Disputes raised after the period above may still be submitted through a ticket and will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Lawful Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and of any region involved in using the service. The service must not be used for unlawful purposes, including fraud, invasion of others' privacy, distributing illegal content, intellectual property infringement, or unauthorized access to computer systems.

You may not use routes for malicious scanning, attacks, spam, or other activities that harm networks or interfere with others' normal use. When accessing third-party services, you must also comply with their terms. Network acceleration provides connectivity only; it does not grant content licenses or replace any authorization users may need to obtain.

Availability and Scope of Responsibility

Connection quality depends on local networks, carrier routing, congestion at exit points, maintenance, and changes to third-party services. VPNEyes does not guarantee a fixed speed, uninterrupted connectivity, or the continuous availability of any particular external service. Maintenance and outage information is provided through site announcements or the user panel. You can submit a ticket to report an issue for review.

Issues caused by external platform restrictions, user configuration errors, or exposed credentials will be handled according to their actual cause. Liability for force majeure events and factors beyond this service's control, where the law permits exclusion, is determined under applicable law. Nothing in these terms generally excludes liability that the service is legally required to bear for its own fault.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If a user engages in unlawful use, network attacks, unauthorized resale, or credential sharing, VPNEyes may suspend the relevant access or terminate the account based on the impact. Where permitted by law and security considerations, the reasons for such action will be explained. Users may submit an explanation or objection through a ticket; remaining benefits and funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Changes to these terms will be published on this page, and the updated month shown at the top will be revised. Changes affecting users' important rights will be announced on the site or through the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights provided by law under orders already in effect. If you have questions about the updated terms or do not accept the changes, you may stop using the service going forward and contact support through a ticket.
